Inspection is the beginning and most important part of everything. Although our patients' inability to speak seems like a disadvantage in terms of anamnesis*, it is not exactly like that. You focus more carefully on a patient you don't know what it is and evaluate any signal you can get from its body. Everything in the body gives a clue. Tests without examination are extremely meaningless and misleading. In our clinic, cat, dog and bird examinations are performed.
